Relaxing overnight before the airport hassle
We booked this hotel as it had family rooms which could easily accommodate the 9 of us and is within easy distance of Schiphol for our early start not to be rediculously early ...we asked for 2 x 4 person rooms plus an extra bed and despite the extra bed being a cot by mistake when we first got there this suited us very well and we are also able to get rooms right next to each other which is a godsend when controlling 5 teenagers!
The rooms were VERY large with a sort of seperating wall betwen the one double bed and the two singles not perfect privacy but good enough there was alo a balcony to sit out on but only 2 seats on each one...odd.
The bathrooms were LOVELY and spotlessly clean with fabulous fluffy towels and good quality toiletries with a bath and seperate shower cubicle.
The breakfast buffet is extra and if you are in a rush as we were is probably not worth bothering with as you would be hard presserd to get value for money.
Unique Quality: This hotel has the added benefit of a pool and sauna and steam room complex open from 10 until 10 and we made full use of this...we didnt use the sunbeds but if you want to you must purchase 'coins' at reception when you pick up your towels... the heated relax chairs and the wet sauna were a hit with us and the pool was a hit with the kids!
