on May 26, 2006We arrived from the airport and had booked this hotel without seeing any photos.
It was a rainy day and when we arrived at the hotel we were both disappointed.
The hotel is a ugly new building and not even in the city center.
When we checked in we asked for some help for the luckage.
This was a strange question, probably the first time they heard about it.
A girl from the reception came with a trolley and made us understood that we had to do it ourself. Well this was for us queit stressy to start with on arrival.
It was raining and when we tried to do it ourself on of our bags fell in the water on the road.
Further the room was soso, to small for travellers.
IS THIS A THREE OR FOUR STAR HOTEL?
Well unique is the "Porter Selfservice"
