Texels best: Grand Hotel Opduin - 4 stars !
Relax body and mind on the rhythm of the sea…
The ferry slowly sets off from the wharf and takes you away on the rhythm of the sea. Bent over the railing, with the fresh wind in your face and your lips tasting of salt, you eagerly look forward to reaching your destination.
The gulls let out their characteristic sound as in welcome.
Proudly on the high blond dunes, centrally situated in The National Park De Duinen van Texel, less than two hundred metres from the North Sea beach, lies the majestic Grand Hotel Opduin.
On arrival warm hospitality and a personal touch make you feel exceedingly welcome.
On the island Texel along the North Sea beach, less than 200 metres from the beach, in the dunes and on the edge of the village De Koog,

Start your day with the famous Texel breakfast buffet: many types of farmhouse bread, Texel cheeses, cold cuts, biological cottage cheese produced on the island and numerous other dairy products, home-made jams and anything else you might long for.
and there's 3 restaurant in the Hotel, so theres always something for everyone. Great, very yummi food :o)
