Menstraat (street)
My daughter guide us through Menstreet, this street owns it's name of the community function this street had since the 12th century.
The street was an important way to the Brink the square where all the merchandise was sold and bought.
It is a pity this picture doesn't show the many flags

I just took this picture because I loved the sight of this street.
There was an old farmers barrow in front of a shop or restaurant I can't remember, that barrow fit so wonderful at this street

Penninckshoek

It is one of the super architecture from the Deventer renaissance.
The statues stand for: hope, love, carefulness, power and modesty and faith.
Bonio's short visit to Deventer
Just a one night stay but as we arrived early it was a good long day. Pleasant hotel on Brink and enjoyed the sights of Deventer, found a couple of good bars, naturally, and a good Chinese restaurant.
