The tourist office is also on the central square called Markt. There are loads of free brochures and they can always give you a little street map of Steenwijk. It sure is worth a visit. Not like us, we found it at the end of our walk through Steenwijk, so I had to make do with the signs. The link to the website is here.

On 24 August I was in Steenwijk.

My grandmother used to live up here. After I parked the car in the street were she used to live, I took a picture of her old house.

After this I walked around in Steenwijk. Because it was a rainy day, I didn't stay long. (:
