One of my fondest memories was the moor hen with her chickens. We were walking along the canal when we saw a heap of gras on the water. After a better look, we noticed the nest of a moor hen with her chickens. It was so fun to see the little ones swim around.We had dinner in the Thai restaurant just opposite her nest and from the window we had a good view of the moor hen. A lot of people stopped to look and make pictures.
