Johannes Vermeer
We stayed in Hotel Johannes Vermeer in May 2005. The hotel is in the middle of the centre, but on a quiet canal, so no street noice. We had a nice, clean room with a view of the canal.
Beakfast was great, warm breadrolls, fruit salad, croissants, bacon and eggs and so on.
Staff was very friendly !!
I stay in this hotel again next time I visit Delft.

Wake up in arts
We used the restaurant/bar of the hotel for our wedding. So we can not judge the rooms or beds.
We choose this hotel because of ambiance. You will enjoy your breakfast is a cosy and warm, early 20th century café.
The people are very friendly and helpful, everything was perfectly organised.
Parking can be a problem, the hotel has no parking. You can not get with you car at the entrance because it is situated in a pedestrian area. But who needs a car. Everything you want to see is within 10 minutes on foot.
Unique Quality: It has a great atmosphere. The bar with replicas of painting from Vermeer. The is a huge replica of the girl with the pearl earring at one of the walls.
In the back they have a kettle room. The ceiling of the room is covered with old copper kettle that were used for washing.
