We were really impressed with this hotel. We got there around 10am, before check-in, and went in to ask for directions. They allowed us to check in early and gave us a map. The room was nice, but the bathroom was quite small. We had requested a balcony room and got just that: A room on the top floor, on the corner, with a wrap-around balcony. The view included the cubic houses Rotterdam is known for. The hotel has a bar (open 'til 1am), free internet access (very fast), a fitness room, and a restaurant. Breakfast isn't included (15 Euros pp) but is worth the cost. Along with traditional European breakfast items we also had scrambled eggs, sausages, and bacon.
