Yes- thanks I was looking for Horsebacking riding :) I was hoping to find a stable with a website where I schedule a ride before my trip. The first stable doesn't have a site that I could locate, but I will try the second.

The name of the place speaks for itself. It is all about sea life, so be ready to see creatures like fish, shark, octopus, crubs, turtles, sea horses...... too many to mention.

Where am i?
Along the beach in Scheveningen you have signs like this very 200 meters or so one that people can use as orientation. And they're especially designed so kids can remember them as well.
Underneath the apple is a space where companies can advertise..
Beachcomber
Maybe in former days you would have met this guy for sure all over summertime. They still are "digging" in the sand looking for some lost treasures, money or metal stuff with their detector. But you won't see these guys that much anymore and, I'm always surprised to meet one in a sudden moment. I like to see them walking over the beach with the eyes fixed on the beach, listening at any sound from the detector ...
Honour & Respect
This picture caught my eye when descending at the place where you can find Lady Scheveningen. I didnot know anything about it, so I informed some locals ...
It is the sad story about David Zegwaard, a 22-year old boy from The Hague. He got stab to death right here just because of some words of a racial discrimination character ( which was never proofed! ). It happened on August 8th. 1997 and the family got permission to place a little monument in commemoration of David.
I was moved by it and to me it is like the Lady Scheveningen is watching this area ...
