This is the museum where you can see the private collection of the Dutch painter H.W. Mesdag and his wife. The museum shows paintings by French and Dutch painters from the 19th century, as well as drawings and objects from both The Netherlands and Asia.The museum also exhibits works of art from other collections, mostly private ones.
It is a very small museum, and it actually has staff of 8 employees only who do everything from moping floors to managing the museum.
