How long would it take to WALK from the Hurtigruten quay to Amundsen's airship mast?

Well, it's about 1 km. I would say 10-15 minutes, but that of course depend on how fast you walk :)

I found this nice moonlight picture of the mast and the town.

and this Wiki picture also has coordinates and if they are correct then the mast is over the bridge from the quay about 1.3 kms walk - about 20 minutes.

That is much as we guessed - just too far to do during a 30m stop of Hurtigruten, and it would probably be too dark to make that speed in January anyway. Still, we will look for the mast as the ship arrives.
