A hotel with a unique personality
A perfect location right at the water's edge. Look at my photo of Alesund and you will see this hotel as the ochre or dark yellow building right at the waters edge.
The Comfort Hotel Bryggen was once an old warehouse and the old massive beams run through many of the rooms.
Unique Quality: It is a very well appointed hotel with a quaint feature of offering a light self serve meal each early evening. Pleasant and helpful staff.
