This hotel has a good location near the airport with most of the facilities you should need including seperate bathroom, telephone, tv and free wireless internet. They also offer shuttle service to oand from the airport, parking if you have your own car or a rental, 24 hours service - including foods and drinks. All in all - most things you would ever need from an airport hotel.

Oslo international airport at Gardemoen.
It lies north of Oslo and takes over an hour to drive. There is a fast airport train that takes 20 minutes. The cheapest way however is by airport bus. You can catch that from the central trainstation.
Air plan, train from Stockholm and Copenhagen or boat from Copenhagen.
If you arrive by plane to Gardemoen, you can take one bus (40 min – 90Nkr) or the flytoget train (20 min – Nkr 120)

The international and domestic Oslo Airport is located in Gardemoen, aproximately 50 km north of the city. Great airport. You can find almost everything you need, if you hadn't time to buy it in town. Although it will be more expensive for you, too.
I think the cheapest way to come from the airport to the Oslo Sentralstasjion is by NSB trains. The one way ticket costs 77 NOK. The return ticket is doubled.
The train station is situated on the right hand side leaving the Arrivels Hall. The fast train FlyToget costs 160 one way. The NSB trains circulate every 30 minutes. You arrive the Oslo Sentralstasjon after 30 minutes.
Buying a ticket at the airport I was very nice surprised. I was given some chocolate with the ticket. It is a custom here to sweeten the life in the land of high prices. ;-)

How much does the bus cost from Gardemoen Airport and where does it drop you off in Oslo?
Can you just buy a ticket on the bus?
The bus driver asked me for 120 crowns. This was cheaper than the Express train, 160 crowns. There is also a regular train but I don't know the price.
