The entire Thon (formerly Rainbow) chain is a good bet in Norway. I used them in Olso (Cecil) and in Tromso (Polar) and I'm quite happy with the service. This chain is very popular so book early!
Very small but functional rooms; excellent breakfast. I particularly liked the breakfast area in the Cecil.
