We will be in Ladek-zdroj in July for a dance festival.
What spa facilities can tourists use?

All treatments are easily available to the tourists. Most pensions and hotels in those spas either offer them or can arrange them. Actually the best way is to become an outpatient of a sanitarium. All it involves is a visit to the office there, to book a brief consultation with a doctor, then purchase the treatments. In suggest that you check the web sites of pensions and sanitariums in Ladek-Zdroj, most of them would have the list of treatments with prices.
When you walk to most of the spas there should be a front desk. The price list is usually posted right there. For some treatments you need a doctor prescription, but for most of them, you don't.
It was built in 1678.
Recently it has been renovated and its baroque look left.
For the guests there are 47 places in single, double and threee persons rooms with bathrooms as well as curable baths in splendid old marble baths and in a swimming pool built in a shape of turkish vapour-bath. The "Wojciech" building is located in a nice little park. I think there must be very nice in spring or summer.
The Turkish bath from the end of the 17th century was last time thoroughly reconstructed. There inside you can see, under a splendid dome, a round marble swimming pool for mineral baths. Around the pool there is a row of procedure rooms with the 19th century marble baths and above - the mineral water pump room.

The interior is really very nice. I hope you will like it. There you can drink a glas of mineral water and time to time listen to a concert in the great interior. You can enjoy therapeutic procedures, they are available a whole year within the sanatorium treatment.
Ladek Zdroj is the oldest health resort in Poland. It is located in the east part of Kotlina Klodzka, by the river Biala Ladecka, among the colourful and picaresque mounteens. It`s health-bringing waters have been used since the 12 century.
