Cheap and close to everywhere

I recommend this hostel if you want to stay close to the old town and the railway station, and if you do not want to spend much money on accommodation. It is really cheap but you have to be aware that they give you basics. People working there are super nice, will help you with everything:)

Unique Quality: Fridge in the room:)

good, cheap hostel

cheap place to sleep while in poznan. the location was also great - within walking distance to the main square. from train station it was 3 stops by bus. also staff was very helpfull and always had some tips on what to do. the building itself was a bit old, but rooms and toilets were clean. for that price i wasn't even expecting luxuaries. it was pleasant stay and i will definitely come back

Travel Tips for Poznan

Know It Inside Out

by wookyo

Poznan is a cool place. It's one of the biggest cities in Poland with over 700,000 inhabitants. It's famous for MTP or Poznan International Fair which attracts tradesmen from all over the world. Among the most beatiful places one should mention are the Old Town with its Town Hall and Malta - a place where you can swim, sail, jog and ski. Add numerous theatres, cinemas, pubs, and many more to create a picture of a unique city combining the old with the new. You definitely want to come here to spend a week or two!
