Zajazd Sniezka: Basic rooms for rent

There is restaurant downstairs (look at my restaurant tips).
There are rooms for 2, 3, 4 or 5 persons, all with satellite TV, some with a bathroom.

No fixed prices - about 50-60 PLN for double room (12-15 euros).

Osrodek Gorski "Kordon": Kordon - price list 2002/2003

Price list:
accommodation + 3 meals - 38 PLN (9.5 euros);
breakfast - 4 PLN (1 euro)
lunch - 10 PLN (2.5 euro)
supper - 6 PLN (1.5 euro)
accommodation (1 night) - 20 PLN (4 euro)
accommodation (more then 1 night) - 16 PLN (4 euro)
extra: sauna, roasted pig or sheep.

Osrodek Gorski "Kordon": Kordon - how to get there

Driving (looong) the only road in Sopotnia Wielka turn left just before the bridge (where the roads turns right to the bridge) and drive up and up a few kilometers then turn left under the wooden gate with inscription Kordon (look at the picture).

Friendly staff (1-3 women).
Often Kordon is empty especially out of the season, so better is to call in advance to Kordon or to its manager Mrs Zofia Bak: (+48 33) 863 46 70.

You can book and buy sheep or a little pig (roasted first in the stone oven with spices) and do a barbecue then.

Osrodek Gorski "Kordon": Awesome location in the mountains

Osrodek Gorski means Mountain Centre. "Kordon" is the name of the house built from stones and wood which can accommodate up to 42 persons in 2, 3, 4 and multiperson rooms. The rooms are basic, out of fashion some with bathrooms and toilets, most with wash-stands only.
There is a dining room with old TV-set, uncovered small swimming room, sauna here.

Fantastic location, Kordon is hidden among ranges of Beskidy Mountains.

Osrodek Gorski Kordon: Drive carefully, save animals

Driving up to Kordon be carefull, especially at night. I met 3 groups of does (female-deers) and twice single foxes driving up to Kordon last time.

Fantastic location, Kordon is hidden among ranges of Beskidy Mountains.
