A bit of a dive
A bit of a dive. University dorms, but they don't have anything there. You get a fridge in the room, which is cool but it doesn't offset the lack of toilet paper in the bathrooms, nor does it offset the dearth of dishes in the kitchen. It's cheap, but you get what you pay for.
