Radisson Sas Wroclaw

This relatively new (opened in 2002) five star hotel has very convenient location. It is close to: Oder river, Rynek, Panorama Raclawicka and large shopping center Galeria Dominikanska. Moreover its neighbourhood is green and quiet. Standard rooms are 23 square meters. If you have your car with you, there is surcharge underground parking available.

I stayed for about 8 days and found the place really good. The breakfast buffet is a good spread, the food in general very enjoyable, freindly staff and overall a great ambience.

Compared to two other local hotels which are more pricey, I have found Radisson really stading above the other two.

Unique Quality: There are better hotels incase you are interested only in connectivity, but if you prefer a peaceful and serene ambience this is the place to be. Its a pity the free wi fi does not work outdoors, else there is a good park right outside and the picturesque banks of river Odra a couple of mins walk behind the hotel

Stayed one night in April 04. Was disappointed to be given a smoking room when we had requested a non-smoking room online, although it didn't smell really.
Was also rather annoyed that they did not specify on their website that the room rate is more if you have two people staying - I thought this tactic had gone years ago. We were also astounded at the fact that in order to get hot water, you had to run the shower/bath/tap for 10 minutes and even then, it ran out after about 3 minutes.

Unique Quality: Right next to the Panorama attraction and the National Museum just along the road. Good location in general - not far from the trams to take you to the railway station.
