The room we had, as a family, was in need of updating. There was no plug in the bathroom (which was not helpful when trying to bath a baby!) and was a bit drab really.
However, friends of ours had a room, just down the hall from us and it was like a fabulous suite. Very luxurious and had most definitely been "updated". Needless to say, we used their facilities for our children.... but there was no way they were going to even contemplate swapping to our room!
So, when we were there it seemd to be a bit of a gamble as to the standard of room. However, I would hope that by now they have managed to revamp all rooms!
