to travel directly from warsaw to zamosc you can take a bus from warszawa stadion bus station - (at aleja zieleniecka) to zamosc (but the journey take approx 4-4,5 hours - it costs approx 40 PLN = 10EUR) you can also take a 'small bus' called 'bus' :-) also from the same location it is a bit faster means of transportation and the cost is a slightly lower (kind of competition:-)
I would not recommend train to zamosc, rather take train to lublin (check at the above schedule)and then change into 'smaller bus' called bus :-) which stop nearby main bus stop in Lublin (at Nadstawna street) and the journey from lublin to zamosc lasts 1,5hr, cost 15 pln = 4eur
to get to swidnik (from lublin) you can take also one of the private buses that operate on the route , I cannot say th exact price of the ticket but it shouldnt be higher then 4-5 pln (approx 1 eur) as the distance is not big
the buses starts also at nadstawna street in lublin
I hope my explanations are not too late :-)
if not, have a good time during your trip :-)
greets, ela

Travel Tips for Lublin
Walking Around Lublin...
by coceng
My fond memory in Lublin was wandering around the town, watching the people running their everyday lives...
Seeing many beautiful buildings & monuments along the way.
The photo on the left was taken on a street while I was walking to the train station to catch my train back to Warsaw.
I didn't want to take the town bus directly to the train station, I would prefer to walk & this I find is so enjoyable !
A Friend Met On The Train...

While on the train bound for Warsaw. I was sitting with a native Lublin, who's studying archeology & about the history of Lublin. We had a nice chat about the town. Many good infos & stories I acquired from him about Poland !
His name is Stanislaw...
Polish beer
by HORSCHECK
Poland is famous for a vodka-drinking tradition. Nevertheless, there are some really tasty Polish beers.
The local beer of Lublin is Perla beer. It is produced by Perla Lublin Breweries S.A, whose beer brewing tradition dates back to the 19th century.
One of the most famous breweries in Poland is Zywiec which was founded in 1852 and nowadays owned by the Dutch Heineken group.
Another well know beer brand in Poland is Tyskie beer. It is brewed in Tychy, where a brewery was mentioned in the early 17th century for the first time.
The State Museum at Majdanek
by Bushman23
Ok, this is as much a "things to do" tip, but i put it here because it's a bit of a drive out of town... The 'museum' is an amazing experience, though also a very somber one. 78000 people were killed in this camp alone during WW2, which is a shocking statistic. From the reception hall, to the Mausoleum at the end of 5km walk, you are bombarded with images and facts about the way of life at Majdanek. From the Gas chambers, to the Shoe hall (quite literally, just a huge dorm FULL of shoes), and the crematorium (which i didn't even enter - i'd had enough by then), it's an experience i am not ever going to forget.
Entrance is free, though children under 14 are apparently not permitted.
Pulawy...
by coceng
2 places that you must also find time to go to if you are based in Lublin, are Pulawy & Kazimierz Dolny.
Photo on the left is taken in Pulawy which is a serene & laidback village about 50 km from Lublin.
There's 1 train per hour to Pulawy but it's more convenient to take a bus or to travel by car.MY PULAWY PAGE...[Please click on 'Pulawy']
