quiet and clean
In a clean quiet area just outside the Planty (5 mins walk into the old city). Big, clean rooms with shared bathrooms and kitchen. Free internet in each guestroom.
In 2006 when I was there, the building next door was being renovated and construction would start at 7am Monday to Saturday. Other then that, the place is great. The front lobby is being renovated and will look great once done.
I would stay here again.
Unique Quality: Quiet area (except for the construction of course!).
