Helpfulness
don't let them rip you off for taxi
the hotel was great, great room, great food (breakfast), great location.
But
we had arranged a taxi through the hoten on the internet which was supposed to be part of the hotel service. When we arrived they told us we owed 200 zloty, fortunately we were with people who could speak some Polish and who had visited before and didn't have to argue with them for long.
make sure all terms and contitions are in writing when using their taxi booking from the airport.

Hotel Jan
This hotel located in the centre of old city, which means, just there in the middle and you can walk anywhere by foot from the hotel. They can even pick you up for free from the airport if you will inform them well in advance.
Unique Quality: Location was perfect, the rest just about average.
