Lately My family from UK was staying in Raddison Hotel so I had a chance to have a look on their room. I think it is perfect for comfortable, luxury staying. The room are big , very clean and nice decorated. There is a nice bar and restaurant downstairs. All insides are very impresive. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who doesnt count every penny (its quite expensive) needs luxury and whats more.. its walking distance to market square, Wawel and all major attractions in Cracow. There is a philharmony just next door
This was a great hotel! It can only be about a year old and it beautiful and clean inside. The food was excellent also. It is less than half a mile to the Old Town Square in one direction and then less than a mile to the Wawel in another.
Great central location to stay for your trip to Krakow!

I had a lovely stay in this hotel. The staff are most friendly and helpful, it has a great location and very good facilities. The fact that I was upgraded to a nice business class room with a nice view of the castle (because of my gold card) and also got a personal welcome letter from the management did of course not make things worse:) Would recommend this hotel to anybody. The very courteous staff and the excellent standards are well worth the price premium. They arrange airport transfers for 65 zloty each way with nice Mercedes cars and they have the friendliest drivers ever who speak very good English. Just write an e-mail to the hotel a few days before arrival and the driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall when you arrive.
This is very much a designer hotel and the rooms are really cool. The hotel opened in 2003 I think so it's very new. I'm normally not a big fan of those ultramodern places but I just loved this one. They have a specially designed furniture in wood and white plastic in the rooms for the TV and the minibar which can be rotated 180 degrees. The pictures in the room are painted by students from the Krakow school of arts I think I read. Great breakfast buffet with a chef making pancakes or the omelette of your choice while you wait. In the basement there is a quite large fitness centre and a sauna in each locker room. There is a nice and modern restaurant and a lobby bar. Check the carpets in the corridors, they have the music notes of Chopin woven!!!
