Holiday Inn

The Hotel Holiday Inn location has good location closed to all amenities that visitors requires, big Zlote Tarasy shopping mall is just across the street, great restaurants is close by, bus stop, taxi rank is not too far away. If you like a good exercise you can walk to the old town, it took us roughly about an hour and it’s not a boring slow walk. The buffet breakfast is excellent. The staffs were helpful and polite. The internet at the lobby is free. The room is clean and has all the mod con and reasonable size.

Good reliable service & accomodation, in a city I didn't know.
Central location, easy for airport and excellent base for ministries and sightseeing.
Good little fitness room, and as I remember the food was fine and the staff mostly friendly

Enjoyed two nights here in April 04. Very quick and polite service upon check-in and all staff, including those I contacted by phone, spoke good English.

Breakfast wasn't included in the rate, which was disappointing considering the price we were paying. However, I was pleased that there was coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the room (complimentary) as I did not get this at other hotels in Poland.

Choice of pillows was offered, if we didn't like the ones on the bed, but they were just fine. Towels in the bathroom were few and also a bit thin.

Unique Quality: Very central, close to the main railway and bus stations. Please use an up-to-date street map of Warsaw to find the hotel on Zlota Street and do NOT use the map on the Holiday Inn website as you will end up miles away from the hotel! Not sure why they haven't made it more accurate.

Directions: Near main railway/bus stations and close to the Palace of Culture, you can't miss it.

This hotel is newbuilt and is in the middle of the town, Nearest neighbour is the cultural palace. It is a very good and high standard of this hotel.

Unique Quality: The breakfast and lunchbuffés, very fresh and varied food on them.
