We stayed here in Warsaw for a couple of nights. It was actually an old armed forces dormitory, so our room ended up being a lot more spacious than you'd normally get from a hotel, without being especially flash.
It was OK for the price without being too good a deal.
Directions: 10 minutes by taxi from Warsaw station
I was able to reserve a room online with this hotel located just south of the Old Town, but very centrally-located and walkable to just about everything. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to pay a little less than I was expecting. It was 270 zl for two nights or about $40 US per night. One of the nights was 120 and the other was $150 (weekday versus weekend).
Unique Quality: There is an elevator that will take you to the higher floors and the rooms are well-maintained. There is a sink in the room, but the bathrooms are shared, however, since I was there in October, the hotel wasn't very crowded and I never had to wait to use the facilities.
You can reserve a room directly with the hotel from the website link below.
