Novotel Gdansk Centrum

A good location within 5mins of the town centre, situated on Granary Island, the immediate surroundings are sadly run down some of the buildings are a sad reminder of the Russian onslaught that levelled Gdansk during the later stages of WW2 and now these ruins are left to vandalism and or are blanked off from view by horrible metal fences but If you look beyond this then the location is quite good and interesting.

The hotel itself is very good with nice clean foyer and an efficient check in, and the staff can speak good English.

Didnt use the restaurant so cant comment

the bar is clean but pricey

The best bit of the hotel are the nice clean rooms and with very nice bathrooms with an brilliant shower.

So all in all Id give this hotel a nice 8/10

I was staying in this hotel and I liked, that the main squere is in few minutes walking distance. Hotel is good enough, nothing very special, but nothing bad. Next time I will stay in the same place.

Unique Quality: Easy to find when comming to Gdansk, it is visible from the main entrance way. There are signs.
