I didn't stay at the hotel but it seems to be one of the most impresive in Katowice. I often visit Caffee Heaven bar which is located down in the building of the Qubus Hotel. Nice place to dring delicious coffee.:)

Qubus is probably one of the best hotels in Katowice - it is very modern, but no-frills, intended for businessmen.
The rooms are small but clean, the bathroom large and somewhat "art deco". The only hotel facility is the small reception area. Breakfast is up to standard, served in the restaurant next door.
Qubus offers free WiFi service, but not in the rooms (grrr..) - works in the lobby, restaurant and the top-floor skybar.
Qubus is centrally located, in Katowice's nicest mall - small-ish, but with modern shops and a casino.
If you stay a while don't forget to make use of their frequent guest program.
