This particular hotel has obviously been relatively recently refurbished, with very pleasant rooms, although the outside is still a bit drab. The staff are very pleasant and nothing is too much trouble for them, the breakfast buffet is certainly a lot better than many others I have had in similar type hotels, and the whole experience was very enjoyable.
The hotel is situated near the river in the old quarter of town, and is very handily placed for exploring.
The only thing that surprised me slightly was that there was no bar as such in the hotel, although you can purchase beer and soft drinks to consume in your room. T
here are, however, a number of watering holes nearby, so it's not a major problem.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
N.B. the price band quoted is a room rate rather than a per person rate.
I suppose most pleasing feature of this Hotel is the view of the Pomeranian Dukes Palace, one of the major attractions of the town. The main picture on my Szczecin homepage was actually taken from my room window, so that gives you an idea of how close it is. It certainly is very beautiful, especially at night.
I've reproduced the picture below.
