Bus Travel

What are bus schedules from Faro to Seville Spain. Where is the bus depot in Faro
and Seville.We need to travel between Saturday noon and Sunday 5:oo PM The end of my trip will be in Malaga.Suggestions for a hotel in Seville near the Bus depot.

I have the bus timetables on my website at www.algarvebus.info/001.htm
Beware that schedules are very limited on Saturdays and Sundays (only two buses each day and one of those at 2am)until 1st June and after mid-October.
The bus terminal in Faro is right in the middle of the city close to the Marina and railway station - see www.algarvebus.info/005.htm for a map.
The buses end in Seville at the Plaza de Armas terminal which is on the western edge of the city centre. I do not know of any hotels nearby; others can I am sure help but note that one of the ALSA buses through Faro to Seville is a direct journey to Malaga but does involve travelling at fairly unpleasant hours!

If you want to listen to music from Portugal then I would suggest listening to Madredeus.
The music has a romantic feel and the lead singer has a beautiful yet very powerful voice.
Below is something about the band and there website if you wish to find out more.
This music's long journey found a definitive form when the voice was found. Teresa Salgueiro was the perfect heart for the group's melodies and words. When the first album -- 1987's "Os Dias da Madredeus", recorded at the Xabregas Convent church -- was released, many realised they were witnessing something unique and universal. Serene, ethereal songs, carrying a whispering, almost secret "Portugueseness", songs we all knew but whose shape we'd never been able to imagine, presented first to a circle of friends and only later, almost shyly, opening for concerts by Sétima Legiao.
Jardim Square Buskers #1

The Old Town has the lively Jardim Square as the focus for tourists. Intereesting one man shows abound , and probabaly change throughout the season several times. This double act involved the fellow lifting his imaginary strings as the girl, playing his mannequin, moved in perfect sync. Unususal !
Albufeira - Algarve - Portugal

Albufeira is a holiday favorite for the Portuguese people from all over Portugal as well as a favorite for many British people. You will find that most signs are in English and that the town is geared towards tourist, as this is the major industry of the area.
The views of the sea from the hills around the town are very nice and there are some beautiful sunsets to be had here.
