Apartamento Amarelo: Holiday Apartment in Aljezur
Found through locals (during our stay we found the website the place is advertised) the apartment is right in the middle of the old part or Aljezur. Has 2 bedrooms, huge kitchen with all you need and a living room with dining table. We could park the car for free around the corner. It is an apartment in a small house, secure doors. It is a perfect base to explore Aljezur and all the beaches for surfing and else.
Unique Quality: It is fully equipped, even with a washing machine and a dish washer (yahoo;-) and has lots of space. And the view out of the windows in the morning, when the sun comes up is great. Loved it all. (Especially that all was included in the rate and the cleaning at the end as well)
Ask Rita (she did the key handover) about places to go! Beaches and restaurants, we loved every recommendation she gave. (L'Colestrol Bar/Restaurant)

Quintas de Moledos: Eco Holidays
Newly opened, run by a very welcoming English Family, Quintas de Moledos is an Eco Holiday retreat with four houses. Beautiful is the view from the Terrace to towards the hills of Monchique, one of the highlights of the Algarve. A very quiet place, perfect to relax and to explore the entire West Coast of the Algarve and Alentejo Portugals. Very spacious are the house, missing nothing a holiday maker needs. The interior has been done with thought. I recommend this very much.
Unique Quality: For the pool it has been too soon, but it is a place to rediscover nature. Close drive or even biking to some of the outstanding beaches of the Algarve. Perfect for a family stay. Loving it. Photos coming soon, sorry.

Amazigh Hostel Aljezur: Hostel with commitment
Friendly and clean are the first two words describing the Amazigh Hostel in Aljezur. A hotel style hostel with dormitories and private rooms, all with bathroom. Amazingly friendly is the staff who is always concerned about the well being of the guests and has lots of informarrace tion. The rooms come in different sizes and bed sheets, towels, secure lockers and reading lights come with the price. Also included is a nice breakfast, free internet and wifi. A guest kitchen, two large common rooms and a sun terreace on the roof are just some of the great things the hostel offers. Nice is the outside area with a high natural stone wall. Aljezur offers great beaches and surfing, hiking trails and lots of nature. The hostel is just a walking distance from the busstop of Aljezur
(1 minute) and the tourist information office, cheap supermarkets and restaurants are also near. A good stop for those with a car, there is lots of free parking all around.
Unique Quality: First, the Amazigh Hostel is a great opportunity for travelers not wanting to spend time in noisy and party ridden Lagos, but want to enjoy some of the best beaches and surf in Europe.
It is easy to reach, just 25 kilometers north of Lagos and lies at the highway so there is a bus connection to Lagos and Lisbon.
The management of the Amazigh Hostel makes sure that first of all the rooms, bathrooms and common areas are cleaned to perfection, and checked often aday for cleanliness.

Corte Pero Jaques: On the top of the hill
Up here, on the Espinhaco de C?o mountain ridge, there?s nothing but the wind in the trees, the scent of pine and eucalyptus and the beach not very far away.
It's a nice place to stay if you like confortable places and wiling to pay for it, the kind of coziness you can't find in a hotel.
Closes during November.
Unique Quality: You have nice quite beaches nearby on the Aljezur area, and you're not far from Lagos, on the southern part of Algarve more crowed but with more restaurants and bars.
