Great location, secure building
This is a clean, secure hostel in the center of town. In Faro, there weren't many tourists (Jan.) so the hostel felt like it belonged to me for 4 days. The initial meeting of the manager was a little confusing....I had to go to the restaurant next door to talk to someone who knew where he was...but he was a friendly as could be, only spoke Portuguese, and had us feeling right at home. It's a great alternative to a hotel, and it is really easy on the wallet.
