There are all sorts of street vendors that seem to be especially commonplace in beach towns but Lagos is also home to a lovely market. I don't think it has a specific name, perhaps only referred to as 'mercado'. It is mainly a fish market. There is also a lovely selection of vegetables and fruit (I had some wonderful figs!). There is also nuts and olives to purchase for snacking, as well as spices (such as piri piri spice). Nice place to just browse for a bit if you can resist the produce!
