These are very spacious Apartments and are kept in tip top condition, and you could easily have slept 7 People in our apartment.
First Impressions are this is a housing estate!, and you are right it is,however it a very exclusive one with A Large swimming pool, snack bar,and tennis courts.
The entrance has a reception centre and is watched over at night by security guards around the complex. It includes a swimming pool to which you get a pass card to enter and also has a Swimming pool Bar (No towels on the loungers here).
The Complex is kept very clean and tidy and is set in nice wooded area surrounding.
If there was a downside!, it is at the top of a hill outside the town (approx 15-20min walk),however if you walk down the hill across the marina and bridge then get a Taxi back, it will cost you approx €3.50 which is well worth it.
We had a view across the Lagos River with the small plane aerodrome to our right and Lagos Football stadium straight across,there is a main road nearby which may sound noisy at times however the double glazing is very good.
All in All very good value for money and very comfortable,the Reception Staff were very friendly and helpful.
