PLACES TO GO FOR A TWO OR THREE DAYS FROMTHE ALGARVE
WE ARE STAYING ON THE ALGARVE SEPT 17TH FOR TWO WEEKS AND WOULD LIKE TO SPEND SOME
TIME TRAVELING FOR TWO OR THREE DAYS WE WERE THINKING OF GOING TO EVORA COULD
ANYONE TELL ME HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE TO DRIVE AND BEST PLACE TO STAY

Albufeira - Evora will be about 200 km's, means 21/2 hours drive.
I could recommend to stay on a typical Portugese farm. 3 km's outside Evora.

Evora is just a nice quiet town for one day.
You could also visit the 'dolmen' in the surroundings of Evora.
Between Algarve and Lissabon (300 km's ??) you will find 'nothing' else.
