I would imagine there is quite enough; it's very definitely a seaside resort town (and very nice it is too). There are plenty of bars, pubs and clubs.
Perhaps more importantly, there is a regular and cheap 30-minute train ride into Lisbon Cais do Sodre station. And the same train takes just 10 mins or so to Estoril.

Or, if that doesn't work, on www.cpt.pt under 'urbanos lisboa'. Last train from Lisbon is at 0130, which should be late enough....if not, the first one is at 0530. :-)

Cascais has a farily good bar scene and a couple of small clubs where the young crowd gather and i would think they would be happy there.
Alternatively the "Barrio Alto" region in Lisbon is where it´s rocking and rolling every night.

Yes, there is a large variety according to my experience and Lisbon is really not far away with good train-connections !

Cascais is a lovely seaside resort with plenty of activities therein the entire family can enjoy
There are parks, all sorts of sports esp. on the many beaches dotted all round, a couple of small museums, good nightlife and many pubs; Cascais also has sizable weekly market and places producing local crafts
Estoril the town next over on the way to Lisbon which can be reached also easily on foot by the seaside promenade has a bustling casino where one could find other activities as electronic game room and lots of places to eat out at
Travel Tips for Cascais
Beautiful! A taste of ole Europe
by Lindaonwheels
We stayed aqt the new modern Hotel Miragam, right on the ocean just south of Lisbon. (or as they say: Lisboa. We were right across the street (and down some treatrous steps) from the train station. From there, you can go on a great day trip to Sentra. Lisbon is just a bus ride away. The people! You knew you weren't in the US. They were all so friendly and helpful!
For smokers
by SoulFisher
Most of the beaches in Guincho, Cascais and Estoril display this ashtrays.
If you smoke, pick one of this either from a tray located at the beach, or from a stall
Leave the cigarette ends inside the ashtray. When you leave the beach give it back.
It helps to keep the beach without cigarette butts.
So Much To See in Cascais!
by mazzap
In such a small town there are just so many nice things to see! I couldn't stop taking pictures! Pretty tree lined roads, unusually designed & grand residences, the inviting town centre square, the lovely harbour & of course the gorgeous beaches which I have covered as a separate tip. My favourite thing has to be the grand pastel peach coloured house at the end of a shopping street & overlooking one of the beaches. A fabulous balcony to spend some time on looking out to sea!
Fishing
by keeweechic
The local fish market holds an auction every night to sell off the days catch. It is noisy and apparently quite something to watch. Locals have made their living from fishing since around the middle ages and many still do to this day.
CASCAIS TOWN HALL
by LoriPori
With a beautiful view of the bay, by Pescadores Beach, CASCAIS TOWN HALL dominates the 5 de Outubro Square. It is a wonderful building with the many windows decorated with beautiful tile work. The balconies are also lovely with flowering plants.
