Not bad. breakfast did not have variety. however, it is very well located. walking distance to the baixa and bairro alto which is good!
This is a typical low cost, town centre hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful although not all spoke English.
If you are looking for a good, cheap hotel, this is as good as any you'll find.
As for the location, I just got taxi's everywhere as they are pretty cheap. It was reasonably central so buses and the metro are unlikely to be a problem
