Ritz Four Seasons Hotel Lisboa
The Ritz lives up to its name as one of Lisbon’s finest hotels offering fabulous views of the city. They have 282 rooms and suites, most of which have private terraces. All the rooms have a room safe, flat screen TV’s, fridge, robes, wired or wireless internet, hairdryer and cable news. There is also a complimentary local newspaper with breakfast. The hotel has a restaurant, pool, gym and spa for guests to enjoy.

real luxury!
I was there for a conference in 1994. My partners were paying so I enjoyed it twice as much!
Big rooms, expansive public areas, good location. Its in the city, but in a more open area so it doesn't feel "built up"
Highly recommended!

Best in Lisbon
I have stayed at the Four Seasons a number of times over the years & would never even consider staying anywhere else when in Lisbon. The decor isn't terribly modern but it gives you that feeling of old world chic that is present throughout the city. But it's the staff that make a huge difference...year after year they continually exceed our expectations with every visit. The ONLY thing missing which we would love to see is an outdoor pool!

Best way to get from the Lisbon Airport to the Four Seasons Ritz
I'll be traveling to Lisbon for the first time in October, and I'm curious to see what people recommend as the best way to get from the Lisbon Airport to the Four Seasons Ritz. I'm looking for cheap, yet not overly complicated (preferably not something like "take bus a, to stop b, board bus c, to stop d, walk 2 blocks, board bus e, to stop f, etc"). Any advice would be much appreciated. Here's the address:

Dead easy.
Get the airport bus...the Aerobus, number 91, which runs frequently from the airport to Cais do Sodre station. You just pay the driver (3.50 euro). No need to book in advance. The bus is a special airport-style bus with ample space for luggage on board.

Get off at Marques de Pombal (the buses have electronic displays, maps and a voice-over to announce stops). Walk a little way to your hotel.

Take a taxi-very cheap in Lisbon! I paid 6.50 and my hotel was a little further than yours.The bus is somewhat erratic and takes a while to get to the town center

The bus works to its timetable, in my experience, and is very comfortable.
A taxi is likely to cost rather more than 6 euro. It will start with 2.50 on the meter, add 1.60 for your baggage and then the fare on top:
