The first time I was at this hotel I had chosen it because it was near the place where I had a business meeting, and I had the impression that it was far from everything in town, except the airport. On my second stay, however, I had more time to go around, and I realized that there is a station of the underground just outside the hotel.
The hotel is a good one, but it has no special qualities to make it unique. The rooms are comfortable, the restaurant is good, the metro is just outside the door ... is it not enough?
I stayed here for three nights and the place was really nice, but expensive. If you’re not on a budget, I advise staying here. It was close to the metro (about one block), which made it pretty easy to get anywhere downtown.
The staff was also top notch and booked me a room at a cheaper hotel in the center of town on my last night in Lisbon.
The view from my room was outstanding (See my attached picture). I had a great view of the water.
I also enjoyed using the pool and athletic center that was accross the street from the hotel for early morning workouts, and it was more than adequate.
