The most I liked was Mundial...
The most I liked was Mundial Hotel, in the center close to Rossio and Marques de Pombal Square. It's a renovated First Class.
Unique Quality: Price-Quality, great views from the restaurant.

Directions to Mundial Hotel Lisbon
Rossio Station is closed. We will arrive at Entrecampos station from Albufeira. How can we get to Mundial Hotel?

According to the Metro de Lisboa website, the Rossio METRO station and the yellow line have resumed normal operations as from 23rd November.
This means you can take the Metro yellow line two stops from Entrecampos to Campo Grande (trains in direction Odivelas) and change there to the green line to Rossio Metro (trains in direction Cais do Sodre) which is very close to that hotel.
Or take a taxi!
Yes the Rossio main-line station was rumoured to be re-opening this month but nothing seems to have come of it.

if you prefer surface traveling you can take one of the (several) bus lines connecting Entrecampos with Rossio and see the main streets that you pass by (exclude this option if you are coming at a rush hour -8-10 am and 5-7:30 pm)
