A great hostel

The coolest place i stayed at!! a perfect place for chilling out, very cosy and home-like feeling, but offers also lots of fun stuff. great for surfers, backpackers, students, individuals, whatever - you can meet all kinds of cool ppl there. especially great staff & service! cannot wait to get back!!

Unique Quality: I would say that the vicinity to Bairro Alto is one of the things why people would choose this hostel for the first time. You can get home from a hard-core pub crawling just in a few minutes. If you don't get lost in the charming labyrinths of old town Lisbon :))

But the thing that would bring people back to this hostel is for sure the staff - the owner is a young guy, experienced traveler, who enjoys having people in his home town and loves telling stories about it and showing it to everybody. If you need a tip for a great night-out in Lisbon, he's a guy to talk to. And, if not otherwise busy, he'll probably join you :)) In his hostel you'll always feel like staying at a friend's place - you'll enjoy chilling out in the cozy sofas, having cold beer, playing games, watching movies about surfing and discussing the meaning of life...

A truly great experience, great service, great staff, great hostel, great city, great country.... :))

Lisbon's Best Backpackers Sleep

My permanent stay at Lisbon Old Town Hostel is making me live the best experiences ever! Accept my suggestion to come and live a Lisbon Story at Old Town... ;-)

Unique Quality: "As pure Lisboners we will make sure you feel the soul of our city and fall in love with it. Information is something we can always provide according to your own wishes and desires.

The Hostel is located in one of the 7 hills of Lisbon, in a 18th century building, renovated to guarantee you have all the comfort you need. The facilities consist in 8 dorms (10, 8, 6 and 4 beds), 2 twin beds room, 4 WCs (total of 10 hot water showers, 7 toilets), 4 common/social areas (with Free internet and WiFi, small library, Radio, DVD player and cable TV) and 2 fully equipped kitchens.

Ah! Can't forget our own private Balcony to enjoy the warm summer nights under the stars!

The cleanliness of the hostel is a priority for us, as well as providing a free delicious good morning breakfast, making sure you are strong and ready to enjoy Lisbon to the maximum.

From Old Town, you can get to all the essential sites in a short walk, as well as to all the transports - 5 minutes walking from two different Metro stops: Baixa/Chiado and Cais do Sodré - that take you to the most famous attractions in the surroundings of Lisbon. The ‘epicentre’ of Lisbon's Nightlife is just around the corner; there’s no way you can miss it or miss the hostel after!

To sum it up, if you are looking for a central place where you can chill and have fun, there is no doubt Old Town is your Spot in Lisbon! Old Town provides you all the cosiness of your own home, in harmony with a friendly and social environment. You will feel the good vibes from the moment you arrive... "
