Amazing Hostel in Central Lisbon
Although my stay at this hostel was short, it was GREAT! The location is perfect - just a short uphill walk from the city center and in a nice part of town. The hostel itself is beautiful, with traditional tiled walls and has been re-decorated to create a blend of new furnishings within an older building. The front desk/staff were so so so helpful and friendly (and cute!) and the people staying here were the best you could ask for. I really don't have anything negative to say about this place. They have private rooms, shared rooms, a kitchen, FREE internet, a small library/meeting space. The place was always clean and they provide lock boxes under your bunk beds for important documents and money. I recommend you book early here though - when i returned a few months later, they were sold out a few weeks in advance!

It has been completely re-done and updated and is really quite charming and beautiful. All of the facilities (kitchen, bathroom, library) were spotless and well taken care of. Plus, the location can't be beat - it's close to the center, not quite in bairro alto (so it's quiet) but not too far (so a night on the town is only a few blocks away).
