A pension of EUR 20 will get you a single room without shower like this. Beware that even in winter there is no supply of heater. So get an extra blanet from the pension owner.
The service is friendly and centrally located next to Rossio square. It is in the Baixa on the upper floors of old residential flats, with grotty stairwells and thin-walled rooms.
