No Security: Free Access to thieves, Irresponsible

We would like to warn the unsuspecting customers to be extremely cautious. My (18”x12”) bag got stolen from within the restaurant. I kept it by the side of the table, took a couple of minutes in filling up the plate for breakfast. In those two odd minutes my bag was stolen. Inefficiency of the staff was most shocking. They did not carry out any prompt and effective search. They refused to replay the CCTV camera recording and stated that it was not functional. I requested them to lodge a police complaint but they had apparently not done so and decided to treat the matter as closed. Rather than acknowldging their poor management and failure of security system, they came up with the lame excuse that their restaurant, which has a single entry and exit through a CCTV covered passage, is a “public place” like a plaza! In that case they should have put warning signs to beware of thieves within the hotel premises.
Despite our prior intimation of an early check out they had not refilled the toiletries and put empty tea bags! We were forced to ring up housekeeping and made to wait for such basic things very early in the morning.
Totally avoidable. I would never step into any Radisson ever again. Zero satisfaction and total insecurity.

Good hotel close to the airport

Radisson SAS (Radisson Blu) is located at Campo Grande, close to the airport, and a perfect place to stay overnight when you have to catch a flight the next day. The hotel offers 221 rooms, and the breakfast is good.

Being a loyal SAS and Star Alliance traveller

I have continued to use SAS hotels. Although I have a pleasant enough room, with a view - the service from the hotel so far has been a little hit and miss.

It started with a call I made from London when I asked about the hotel airport shuttle, both the hotel staff and the centralised Rezidor SAS booking service gave me the wrong information. I finally ended up getting a taxi to the hotel. The hotel runs a bookable shuttle from the hotel TO the airport.

Things improved dramatically, with excellent breakfast and dinner service - comfortable bed and well generally much better service all round. They even have live music in the bar - of course, it is a man at the piano.

Very Nice but not cheap

The Radisson SAS Hotel Lisbon it is a 4 * hotel and it is situated just 10 minutes from the city centre, and only 5 minutes from Lisbon International Airport and it is a short walk away from Campo Grande metro station. Including various business class and non-smoking rooms, each of its spacious rooms are fully equipped to the highest standards with satellite TV, video channels, mini-bar, trouser-press and electronic safe-deposit box. Wi-Fi access is also available.

Note: If you touch the mini-bar even if you will not drink anything from it, the reception will know it, all are controlled!

Unique Quality: Near the city center and the airport

An excellent hotel, close to airport, with parking

If you are flying in/out from Lisbon, on your way to Algarve, or up north to Douro this is an excellent choice. It is close to the airport, have parking available for your rental car, and it is very easy to find as it is next to 2nd circular. So is the airport by the way. They serve english breakfast.
We stayed there the whole family, when arriving late at night, before driving to Algarve the next day. We also stayed there when seeing Lisbon and Sintra, as the parking is good. It is also close to the underground (Campo Grande), and taxi from city centre to hotel is not to bad.

Unique Quality: The rooms are big, the breakfast is excellent, so is the service.
We could easily fit a family of five into one superior room.
