Nice place!
The residencial is situated in a lovely area, Santa Catrina, close to the more famous district of "Barrio alto", in a central position.
It's a nice pension, run by three lovely old men. They're just a bit mistrustful, so they want you to send a fax with your credit card number before booking your room. It could be difficult if you are calling from a phone box .
