Lisbon Hotels
I stayed at this hotel for one night on business in October, average rooms dated decor and the staff were an army of teenagers who gave less than average service.
I had booked two rooms for me and a work colleague I am happy that i kept the internet printout as hen I arrived one youth at the desk argued that i had infact booked a twin which i never do as i like my own bathroom, he argued even when i showed him the printout and the price i had paid was for two rooms he said he would do the best he could and offered two rooms one a twin and the second with a large double bed, i was too tored to argue at that point, despite several staff behind the desk not one offered to take our bags to our room and pointed to the lifts.
Later i rang down and requested two large lime and soda be sent to our rooms 2o minutes later still not arrived so I rang and made the order once more after a further 10 minutes I walked to the bar to find the youth at the bar stood chatting with other staff and an empty bar when i complained he just shrugged his shoulders.
AVOID this place my first choice the Marriott was full and this place half empty.
Expensive and very average a 2 star at the most with one star service none
