The Pestana Sintra Golf (4 stars) is not in the downtown Sintra but is very close to the historical center (5 min.). It is a good compromise for those who want to golf or for famillies. They have a quite cheap package with unlimitted golf.
The hotel is of recent construction, they have a nice outdoor pool, moorish inspiration and a small Spa. It is a nice place to stay a couple of days. Not far from Estoril and Cascais (5-10 min drive). My friends went to have some horse riding classes within the Resort where the hotel is inserted and we had some tennis games as well.
