Not very happy with this place.
I stayed at the Ipanema Porto while at work in Porto and i gotta say that i hope not to return.
The hotel is actually kinda ok with nice rooms and nice decor, but i was not very happy with several things.
First of all the staff bursted in to my hotel room 3 times while i was there even if i had put the "do not disturb" sign on.
The place boasts on their homepage that they have free internet acces and yes they do, but only if you have a portugese tax number so forget about it if you are a foreigner visiting Porto.
And i found the bartender at the hotel to be slow and arrogant to the extreme.
I had some clients sitting down the hotel bar most of the evening and they had to wait 15-20 minutes to get something as simple as a cup of coffe or a beer served cause the bartender was busy talking to his friends visiting him.
Ok ok, enough complaining now and like i first said the place could actually be a nice place to stay.
They just need to shape things up and act more service minded.
I could have accepted the above things in a cheaper hotel but when you are a 4 star hotel charging big bucks then you need to do better.

Located in the center of oporto, very near of the shoping center "Bom Sucesso".
Unique Quality: 150 rooms, great facilities. Highway very close from the hotel.
