In the centre of Espinho, ancient fishing town, facing the sea and integrated in the Solverde complex. 17 km south of Oporto and 30 km from Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport. In the Hotel there are a Night Club and Casino Solverde.
I been there in 1995, and it was great.
Still trying to get a hang of the forum.
I will be in Portugal for about 3 weeks starting this Friday and am trying to get info on both Espinho and S. Joao Maderia, without luck. Can anyone help me? Also, does anyone know anything about the hotels I am booked at?
In Espinho it is called Hotel Solverde and in Lisboa it is Altis Park Hotel.

Sol Verde i know, i've been there for a night. Is on center of everything, near beach and with good location.
the room was ok. But i just went there foe a night to go to a show in casino, so i don't remenber that well.
Sº João da madeira i don't really know but altis should be good.
