A home from home in mid-Atlantic
I stayed at this cozy little place in 2003. It is a family run pension/hotel, and Bernado, (the proprietor's son), kindly accompanied me round the wonderful island of Sao Miguel. The accommodation itself is great value for money. It is friendly, clean, quiet, and comfortable. It is centrally located, (5 minutes walk to the main centre). I recommend this place for a warm introduction to the magical Azores.
Unique Quality: It has a very nice garden area, and the rooms are spacious, and also have Azorean character.
